Piles
Piles are swellings or swollen haemorrhoids that occur inside and around the anus, and along the anal canal. Haemorrhoids are masses, clumps, cushions of tissue full of blood vessels, support tissue, muscle and elastic fibers in the anal canal. Piles are haemorrhoids that have become inflamed. Internal haemorrhoids form when blood vessels inside the rectum become swollen and engorged. External haemorrhoids can occur due to increased pressure caused by obesity, pregnancy, sitting or standing for long hours at a stretch, straining on the toilet, coughing, sneezing, vomiting, and holding your breath while straining to do strenuous physical labour.
It can be permanently cured with Ksharsutra treatment. In 1st degree piles only medicinal treatment is enough to cure the disease.

Fistula
A fistula is an abnormal connection between an organ and another structure. Fistulas develop when an organ becomes inflamed or injured. They are a very common complication of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD).
The only choice of treatment must be ksharsutra here. It can only be completely cured with Ksharsutra treatment without the chance of recurrence.

Rectal Cancer
Rectal cancer is the growth of abnormal cancerous cells in the lower part of the colon that connects the anus to the large bowel.The major symptom of rectal cancer is bleeding from the rectum; other symptoms include anemia, fatigue, shortness of breath, dizziness and/or a fast heartbeat, bowel obstruction, small diameter stools, and weight loss.
